     LTF - Screw Squeezing Separator (Solid and Liquid Separator) is an ideal device for overall treatment for manure sewage( pig dung, cow dung, chicken dung, duck dung) of livestock and poultry farm, biogas and residues ( juice residues, beans residues, tea residues, vinasse), organic wastes of hotels and messes. After the squeezing, the solids and liquids would be separated efficiently, and could be recycled. It is an ideal machine for poultry farms to recycle the animals dungs and to make the organic fertilizers.

Working Principle

     The delivery pump sends the treating materials to the mesh screen of the separator, after the screw squeezing force, the liquids would be filtered out from the mesh screen, and would be discharged out from the bottom water outlet and then be sent to the regulating reservoir. The separated solids would be discharged out for another outlet.

1. The machine body is casting steel, with protecting painting on the surface. The screw spiral and the mesh screen are wear resisting and anti-corrosion SS 304.
